The School of Kinesiology is seeking a Director to lead our Office of Student Services. Title: Coordinator of Enrollment Center Services

Salary: Meet & Confer, Grade Level 13, $49,618 per year
Reports to: Associate Director of Enrollment Center

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting the Associate Director with the development and administering of strategic vision, direction for the service operation, and policies and procedures of the Enrollment Center to ensure quality and responsive services for all GRCC prospective and current students.
- Supervise the student assistant employees of the Enrollment Center, including selection, training and evaluation.
- Responsible for the coordination of the Accuplacer placement testing on demand services, including supervision of the proctoring staff, scheduling, management of in-take placement testing line items in the Enrollment Center budget and data reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by setting quality processes for Enrollment Center staff to follow when assisting students and families. This is a continuous improvement process that will require daily leadership for the staff of the EC. This person will also be available to assist in conflict resolution issues, address service complaints, respond to all inquiries and assist student requesting service in the Center. Oversee and assist the potential students and their families with all aspects of the inquiry through inquiry, registration, placement testing and orientation process.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of regulations around application maintenance and audit requirements for Admissions and Accuplacer testing information. Maintain knowledge of PeopleSoft user issues and develop and implement improvements as needed from a process and technical viewpoint.

Summary:

Assists new students in making a smooth and successful transition to Madonna University with a particular emphasis on non-traditional students (i.e., adults returning to or entering higher education for the first time, transfer students, and veterans). Director, Center for Student Involvement

Basic Function, Responsibilities, and Duties:

To direct a comprehensive co-curricular program for students in a manner consistent with the University mission; to develop programs, activities, and services that enhance the quality of student life.   Contract Length 12 month   Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities Plan and direct all department activities through a team of administrative, professional, and support staff; oversee personnel administration and professional development of staff.

Fulfill responsibilities of human resource management including equal opportunity, affirmative action, and employee development.

Establish department goals, objectives, and strategies; develop and implement programs and activities to accomplish goals, attract and retain students, including providing a quality university experience for students.
